This page is for VELAN GO Partner auto drivers and VELAN GO Customer customers. Submitting this form creates a deletion request, not an immediate deletion. Our staff will first verify you own the account, check unresolved rides or payments and handle any legally required retention.
Do not enter passwords, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers, card details, UPI PINs or identity documents here.
Keep the reference number shown after submitting. The team must verify account ownership before deleting. You may also request deletion from your app's account/settings page.
